Game flawed. Can’t win.

Played 3 easy games and the 2nd two were flawed. In both cases, the 8 was the obvious answer(only digit missing) but you couldn’t put it in because in the row crossing it, an 8 was there. Wish I could post an image here. Very frustrating! You need to fix this!
